Purchased my Equinox in December 2023 and I. LOVE. IT. It drives nice. The description online matched. Drive Nation Auto owner and employees were all welcoming and kind. Even though the lot is small the selection was great. Had a small minor chip on glass and they repaired it. And when I came back a little over a month to get my plates, the owner remembered my name, I was wowed. Strongly recommend!!!

I began my car search on a random Tuesday with an idea of what I’d want my next car to be but no actual insight as to what would be most feasible for me. I stopped at drive nation 4th out of 8 different dealerships that day and MJ’s service was the best, hands down. He took the time to show us options and go above and beyond to ensure our comfortability; we didn’t feel pressured at all and he was patient with me and my mom wanting to view a multitude of vehicles. Fast forward to a few days later when I knew I had to have Icy(her new name) and the finance managers Will and Irfan were realistic with me about the best route to take based on personal financial factors, insisted on giving me best pricing, knowledgeable, worked with me on a great warranty and most importantly, made the experience enjoyable and FUNNY! The process was basically seamless and they handled all of my questions, worries and requests with professionalism. This was actually my very first time buying my own vehicle all in my name and it is a memory I will cherish. The other staff members also were helpful and sweet and accommodating when I later brought my dad in to assist and get his opinion… so basically the whole family was sold on this vehicle and drive nation.
